Visiting Notes

1、Please fill in the personnelinformation truthfully and then submit. If there are accompanying personnel, their information can be filled in the remarks column.

2、For those driving into the campus, the license plate number must be filled in; otherwise, the vehicle will not be allowed to enter.

3、If your application is permitted, you’ll received a short message with a real-time dynamic QR code. Please arrive at the campuson time as the reservation. After the real-time dynamic QR code is verified at the gate guard, you can enter the campus.The QR code should not be lent to others.

4、In case of batch visits, the attached form can be filled out and attached to visiting reservationmini-program.

Note: For laboratory visit , please contact the relevant research group personnel.
